Payments accepted through Stripe, PayPal or Bluevine Pay

Monthly recurring arrangements available for churches and podcasts with weekly publishing.

Archive projects are available for churches with past sermons, Bible studies or teaching series they would like transcribed in manageable batches over time.

Full-service video recordings are welcome and may require a custom quote if worship, announcements, or other non-sermon sections need to be reviewed.

Pricing Policy for New or Trial Clients

For new or trial clients, payment is required before the final transcript is released.

After the project details are confirmed, I will provide a written quote based on the audio length, scope of work, turnaround time, and any requested formatting or editing needs. Once the quote is approved, work may begin according to one of the following payment arrangements:

Option 1: Full payment upfront

For small projects, trial projects, or one-time assignments, full payment may be required before transcription begins.

Option 2: Deposit before work begins

For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be required before transcription begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final transcript is delivered.

A brief preview, sample excerpt, or project status update may be provided before final payment, but the completed transcript will not be released until the balance has been paid in full.

For ongoing clients, invoice terms such as Net 7 or Net 14 may be available after the first completed project and successful payment history.

Late payments, unpaid balances, or repeated payment delays may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or a return to upfront payment terms for future projects.
